Life is Crazy

Hello! I'm terrible at this, I know.  *sigh*  It happens, okay?  I just look at other blogs that are so cute you  feel like you're going to vomit sparkles and butterflies at any moment, and I just can't seem to carry that over to this one.  Oh well.

So summer has come and gone, and it is now getting nippy outside! (boo.) Have I ever told how much I HATE the cold?  No? Well then, here. I DESPISE WINTER. There. I said it.  You psychotic winter lovers can just go sit on a pin.  Yupp.  Winter is the worst time of the year.  Fact.

However, even though the cold is here, that doesn't mean that we can't look back on Summer! Especially my summer! Here are some highlights from it (in picture form!):

I went hiking.....

I played "Cowgirl"...

We were trying to kill The Elephant Mouse (it was huge!!)

In our roping field

After our Cantina Show one night - this is the front of the cantina.....we regularly fit over 100 people in here!!

Chillin' on our front porch

I hung out with friends....
Girls Sleepover at the Wrangler Cabin!

One of the greatest wranglers, Minx!

We would regularly get to Base camp and run into crews that had come through Ponil.  It was fun seeing boys who all remembered me, even  if I couldn't always remember them.  (oops.)

For our Phil-fiesta we made a mini golf course and had a Golf Club!

I was in heaven! We had a random patch of these HUGE sunflower plants.

Ponil dinner at The St. James Hotel

I got love letters from both 14-18 year old boys (kinda cute), AND 40-50 year old advisors (really creepy)...

This made me so happy.  Best. Line. Ever. :)

I'm not posting the love letters from advisors. If you wanna know, you can ask me. yeah....

And, oh yeah..... I GOT ENGAGED!!!!!

Not the actual proposal, no worries. ^.....though I did punch him after I said yes, so....hm.

That's right folks, my best friend proposed and I said YES.  I'll give the juicy details (in case you don't know them already) in a very short form in a little bit!
